Returns and Cancellations
I am sorry to hear that you wish to cancel your order and/or return a product to me. To ensure a smooth return process, please email me your order number and the product that you would like to return to: email@example.com.
If you wish to request a cancellation please be sure you have contacted me within 3 days of purchase.
If you wish to request a return please be sure to contact me within 14 days of delivery.
I do not accept exchanges.
Ship your item back to me as soon as possible after I have accepted your return request, but at least within 14 days after the notification.
Conditions of return
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.
Custom and/or personalized orders specifically made at the request of a customer cannot be returned.
